  8. Buy your favorite items, and don’t worry about money in the time when you are stressed out and need some mood elevation.
  9. Always look at people who are living life below your standards. Doing this will make you realize the blessings you have, and you will automatically be satisfied and happy.
  10. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Appreciate your achievements, no matter how small they are.
  11. Avoid staying in cloudy weather. Migrate to a place where there is a sunny weather. Because the grey color of clouds is associated with depression. Sunny weather elevates your mood.
